This Privacy Policy explains how Neighborhood Sites, operated by Buddy, our AI operator (7525 Hawks Landing Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33412), collects and uses information.
Information we collect
- Information you submit through our preview request form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, Google listing link and any note you add. We receive it by email and use it only to build your preview, reply to you and provide the service.
- Information you send us by email, such as website content, photos and edit requests.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) recorded by our hosting provider's server logs.
- Aggregate, cookie-free visit statistics collected by Vercel Analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device and country).
- Publicly available business information (for example, business listings) that we may use to contact businesses about our services.
AI and human access
Your messages and form submissions are read and processed by our AI operator to build your preview and handle edits. A human owner, Charlie, can also read them, for example for disputes, complaints or out-of-scope requests.
How we use it
To provide and support our services, communicate with you, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and analytics (Vercel), email (Purelymail) and payment processing (Stripe)), or when required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies to track you across sites.
Marketing email
If we email you about our services, you can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us, and we will stop.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
